International Limited in relation to the
refund of money is in accordance
with the directive of the European Union (EU
Distance Selling Directive), which entered
force in October of 2000, and the part of
the legislation of Great Britain, which
determines the protection of consumers
(Consumer Protection – Distance Selling,
Regulations 2000).This legislation applies
to all transactions, made on the territory
of Great Britain, when the consumer does not
meet face to face with the sales
representative while conducting the

YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
In
accordance with the legislation you have 7
(seven) working days of the "period of
consideration and negotiations", when you
can cancel your order and obtain a complete
refund of your money. In this case you do
not need to have any explanation or reasons
for the cancellation of the purchase and we
will not ask you under any circumstances as
we do not have the right to. We will be
obliged to return your payment to you
completely within 30 days from the moment of
the cancellation of the purchase.

you wish to cancel your purchase during 7
working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and
PUBLIC holidays in Great Britain) of the
"period of consideration and negotiations",
please, send us an E-Mail to the following

International Limited, 26 Fouberts Place, London W1F 1PP, United Kingdom. In
this case it is necessary to give us your
name and address. If your order was placed
on the Internet, please include the
reference number of the transaction, given
to you by 2checkout.com at the time of payment. If
your order was placed with us by mail, then
indicate this fact in the letter.

THE REFUND OF MONEY AS A RESULT OF THE
CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
If
you cancel your purchase during 7 days of
the "period of consideration and
negotiations", we will fully refund your
payment, without any additional charge. If
you paid by credit or debit card on the
Internet, then the money will be paid
directly to your credit or debit card within
30 days from the date of cancellation of the
purchase. If the payment was made by
another method, the refund of money will be
paid by means of a cheque, which will be
sent to your specified address within 30
days from the moment of the stoppage of the
purchase. There are no additional charges
for the stoppage of purchase during 7 days
of the "period of consideration and
negotiations" and the British legislation
prescribes a complete refund of the money
during this period.

THE RETURN OF UNWANTED GOODS
The unwanted goods can be returned
within 7 days on receiving them. You must
send them to us unpacked and undamaged to
the address: FID Trust International
Limited, 26 Fouberts Place, London W1F 1PP, United Kingdom. We
accept no explanations about any lost or damaged goods during their delivery by mail.
British royal mail works without any
problems. We recommend packing unwanted
goods appropriately in order to avoid damage
in transit. We also advise that you register
the sending of unwanted goods (by methods
such as recorded mail, registered mail or
hiring a courier). Confirmation of postage
of the goods is insufficient for a full
refund. Please, remember that you should
give us your name and address, and also
include copy of the invoice, which confirms
the acquisition of goods directly from us,
and not one of our agents or authorized
salesmen (distributors).

THE REFUND OF MONEY FOR UNWANTED GOODS
Taking into account that unwanted goods are
returned unused, unopened and are in state
suitable for subsequent resale, within 7
days of reception by the customer, we will
refund the money. If you paid by credit or
debit card on the Internet, then the refund
will be paid directly to your credit or
debit card within 30 days from the moment of
the cancellation of purchase. If payment was
made by another method, the refund of money
will be paid by cheque, which will be sent
to the customer’s specified address during
30 days from the moment of us obtaining the
returned unwanted goods.

OTHER SERVICES, STARTED PRIOR TO THE
EXPIRATION OF 7 DAYS OF THE PERIOD OF
CONSIDERATION
According to paragraph 6.1 (a) of the
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations (SI 2000 No. 2334), which our
company adheres to, if there is no agreement
between our Company and the Client, we will
not return the money paid for the services,
which were started prior to the expiration
of 7 days of the period of consideration and
negotiations.
Remember: if you filled any forms to receive
our services, they will be passed on for
processing to our employees within 12 hours.
Thus, work will commence prior to the
expiration of 7 days of the period of
consideration, our company will spend the
necessary resources to perform the work. In
this case, if you wish to recoup a part of
the cost, you must immediately call us on
the telephone:+44 20 7 439 3400 (from
overseas) or 020 7439 3400 (in Great
Britain). During the telephone conversation
or the record on the answer phone (our
working hours are from 9.30 to 17.30 Monday
to Friday) please tell us your name,
reference number of the transaction, address
and the amount paid. We will contact you the
following working day, will tell you about
the accomplished work on the service as
ordered by you, the amount of resources we
have spent on performing the task for you
and the possibilities of a partial refund of
your payment for the service in the case of
the cancellation of service.
This refund is the good will of our company,
and is not a part of the laws of the
European union or Great Britain. Such refund
is possible during 7 days of the "period of
consideration and negotiations" and shows
our respect for customers.

PERSONAL SERVICES

6.1 (с) goods made to the consumer's
specifications or clearly personalised
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), you do
not have the right to demand the refund of
payment or cancel services, paid for by you.
It means that the service was ordered by you
individually and it is tailored specifically
you. The translation of personal
documentation, conducting of consultations,
company formation / incorporation,
negotiations with services providers and so forth - they
are so individual that we in no manner can
use or resell this service. In this case the
law protects us, providing for the failure
to refund payments received for the
provision of personal services, and we
adhere to this. Think carefully and consider
all consequences, if you wish to order any
personal service, since we cannot refund
payments obtained for the provision of
services under any circumstances.
